Conversion limits and privacy

The CSV is limited to 50 MiB, 100,000 rows, and 200 columns. The download is limited to 100 MiB, and a run times out after 60 seconds. Conversion starts only when you click, stays in this browser, and does not upload the file or contact an external service.
